Jean’s career reflects a demonstrated track record of Strategy and Business Transformation, Technology and Innovation and enabling Human Capital and Culture. Having extensive executive leadership experience in Marketing, Sales, Innovation, Digital and Supply Chain transformation functions, Jean brings end-to-end thinking that ensures flawless, efficient execution from ideation through implementation and governance. Jean is proficient in all stages of business life cycle management and is adept at defining and shaping untapped growth potential.
Jean most recently was Vice President of Supply Chain Innovation for the Johnson & Johnson Global Enterprise, the world’s largest Healthcare company, ($95B). During her expansive executive career at J&J, she transformed world-class brands and businesses by identifying differentiated Market Insights, leveraging Technology and Digital Solutions, harnessing Innovation, and taming Supply Chain challenges.
She is currently the CEO and Founder of ASCEND Business Solutions LLC, a strategy and advisory services consultancy. Jean is certified by the Private Director’s Association in Private Board Governance and completed the exclusive Deloitte Board-Ready program.
